Alpha Data Services - State Street Data Integration Delivery Manager - Vice President

• Support the State Street Data Integration team to establish their product roadmap and track progress through to completion.
• Co-ordinate with the Alpha Data Services PMO team to report roadmap delivery status, risks and issues.
• Co-ordinate across client implementation teams to ensure client requirements and timelines are fully recorded and tracked in Jira.
• Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure data is integrated from source system into SSCD and ADP.
• Develop the process to identify, track and implements practice area requirements and strategic initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication across multiple teams and levels.
• Engage with practice areas to develop and grow the product control and dashboard offering.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with deep knowledge of system integration. The role will require you to work closely with our product development teams to implement new interfaces and strategic feeds. The role will require the ability to co-ordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive our product offering forward and ensure we can deliver the along roadmap timelines and in line with client expectations., * Strong project management skills are essential.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience managing projects within data management, asset management or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of State Street system architecture is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of financial markets and asset classes.
• Ability to work across teams and silos to problem solve and achieve required outcomes.
• Front, Middle and Back Office domain knowledge., * Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis or data management within asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
• Prince2, PMP or equivalent project management qualifications.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

$110,000 - $207,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
