Job description
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks an Oracle E-Business Suite specialist to design, configure, and support enterprise applications that power critical research and operations. You will gather requirements, implement and optimize Oracle EBS modules, develop integrations and reports, and ensure data integrity, performance, and security. Partner with scientists, engineers, and business teams to translate mission needs into robust solutions, contribute to upgrades and cloud strategies, and document, test, and support solutions in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment., * Design, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite modules for finance, HR, or operations.
- Gather and translate business and mission requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL, reports, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Ensure application performance, data integrity, and security in a regulated environment.
- Support upgrades, patches, and potential cloud migration initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, test plans, and user guides for implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide Tier 2/3 support to business users.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business partners to improve enterprise workflows.
