DevOps Engineer (Sunnyvale, CA)

HPE is seeking a DevOps Engineer to work in our Sunnyvale, California office. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs to support a mature CI/CD pipeline., * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Develop observability tools for the end-to-end lifecycle of the pipeline.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Maintain common developer resources, including ensuring that relevant security updates are continuously applied. *

• University or Bachelor’s degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred.
• Related previous work experience.
• 2 + years’ of experience in development., * Proficiency with Git and GitLab/GitHub workflows.
• Good knowledge of Java, Groovy or Python.
• Good knowledge of Docker and container workflows.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI prompt engineering.
• Problem-solving attitude with a collaborative team spirit.

• United States of America: Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 213,500 in California The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.”
