Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Management Specialist to partner across enterprise teams and lead large-scale change initiatives centered on AI Literacy and tool adoption. In this role, you will design and execute cross-functional change management and communication strategies that ensure seamless transformation across key Operations and Underwriting divisions. You will work closely with senior executives and business leaders to drive measurable organizational adoption., * Lead cross-functional change management and adoption campaigns for major enterprise technology initiatives, including AI Literacy programs.

  • Perform comprehensive stakeholder analysis, risk assessments, and change impact evaluations to develop actionable transition plans.
  • Draft, edit, and disseminate high-profile executive communications and announcements across multiple corporate platforms.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders, HR, and corporate communications to facilitate leadership modeling and sustain change goals.
  • Establish feedback loops and surveys to measure communication effectiveness, analyze adoption trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

5+ years of dedicated experience in organizational change management and strategic business communications.

Demonstrated ability to develop change strategies, mitigate risks, and assess adoption readiness for large groups.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of writing for executive audiences.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Change Management, English, or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior professional experience in the Insurance sector.

Familiarity with M365 Copilot or other Generative AI enterprise solutions.

Master’s degree in a related discipline.
