This role is based in Netherlands and as such all normal working days must be carried out in Netherlands.
Join us as a Head of Technology, Data & Information Integrity
- Lead our technology, data and information security capabilities across NatWest Markets NV, shaping a high-performing and future-ready operating model
- Youâll define our technology and data strategy, driving alignment with customer needs and commercial priorities
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, youâll strengthen resilience, enhance performance and embed robust risk management practices across the bank
What youâll do
In this pivotal role, youâll lead the end-to-end management of technology and corporate services, making sure theyâre secure, efficient and aligned to our long-term strategy. Youâll deliver the technology and AI roadmap in line with enterprise architecture, embedding robust governance frameworks aligned to evolving regulatory requirements, including DORA, BCBS239 and the EU AI Act. Alongside this, youâll own technology, data and AI risks within appetite, securing a resilient and well-controlled operating environment.
Youâll also be:
- Improving service performance and reducing technical debt, accelerating value delivery across platforms and services
- Strengthen cyber defence, monitoring and incident response capabilities for the robust protection of systems and data
- Setting the direction for data management, driving improvements in data quality, governance and data literacy across the organisation
- Building strong partnerships across the bank and overseeing key operational services, securing alignment, integration and effective service delivery
Requirements
Do you have experience in Risk management?, To succeed in this role, youâll bring experience leading international technology teams and delivering large-scale change. Youâll pair this with a strong understanding of technology risk, cyber security and data governance. With a proven track record of improving data management and quality frameworks, youâll help strengthen data integrity and operational performance across the organisation.
Youâll also demonstrate:
- The ability to influence at senior level, communicating complex ideas clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong incident management capability, so issues are handled effectively and resolved at pace
- Effective stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across teams and functions
