The candidate will actively participate in every aspect of Data Management (DM) for the program, delivering essential services and coordinating a broad range of activities. Primary responsibilities include scheduling, tracking, and submitting Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) in accordance with contractual obligations, as well as entering, updating, and maintaining data within the program’s integrated digital environment and database. Additional duties involve developing and delivering contractual data reports and performance metrics, serving as the primary liaison with customers and subcontractors on submittal and approval processes, and managing Subcontractor Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) alongside reviewing subcontractor Statements of Requirements (SOR). The role also requires preparing data for review and retention, maintaining both electronic and hard copy archives, and managing retrieval procedures as needed; reviewing contracts and Statements of Work (SOW) to identify data related obligations; administering database permissions for program personnel; and supporting audits and troubleshooting the DM databases. The candidate establishes and implements robust data control procedures to guarantee the availability and timely delivery or access to program and contract data throughout the program’s life cycle. In this capacity, the candidate provides direction, where appropriate on data scheduling, document numbering, inspection, delivery, and follow up to satisfy required customer dispositions, thereby ensuring consistent, compliant, and reliable data management across the entire effort.
