• Perform data reconciliations across multiple systems and data sources
• Research and resolve transaction-level variances and data issues
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support Accounting and Finance
• Assist with high-volume transaction processing, validation, and reporting
• Identify trends, exceptions, and unusual activity within financial data
• Work with Accounting to support month-end close and account reconciliations
• Help streamline and improve data collection, reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Maintain and manipulate large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Experience working with high-volume transactional or financial data
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and large data sets
• Experience with ERP systems and/or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
