Build reusable core skills to support factory workflow, including requirements gathering, planning, accessibility review, and spec generation.
Create AI-assisted implementation skills to aid teams in using design system components and utilities correctly in application code.
Improve the translation of shared design system guidance into practical implementation workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify repetitive implementation issues that can be improved through reusable skills.
Define skills that enhance consistency, reduce rework, and expedite application delivery within design system boundaries.
Contribute to a shared AI capability model that supports both upstream definition work and downstream implementation work.

Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in building applied AI capabilities, workflow tools, or agent-like systems.
Experience working with component libraries, shared utilities, or design system-based application development.
Strong understanding of transitioning from requirements and specs to implementation.
Strong judgment in balancing standardization, usability, and product-team flexibility.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform broad ideas into practical, usable internal capabilities., * Ability to create reusable skills supporting both factory workflows and application implementation., * Experience in improving shared implementation patterns, guidance, and decision support into reusable skills.
