Job description

Seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong insurance domain knowledge to define product vision, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and lead Agile product delivery. The role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams., * Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable business outcomes.

Gather and translate insurance business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize Agile product backlogs.
Lead discovery workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions.
Partner with engineering, QA, UX, data, and business teams throughout delivery.
Support UAT, releases, user adoption, and continuous product improvement.
Analyze data, integrations, APIs, and business processes to identify improvements.
Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, requirements, and decision-making.

Requirements

7+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
Strong insurance domain expertise including policies, claims, underwriting, billing, renewals, premiums, and client servicing.
Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management experience.
Excellent requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps, SQL, APIs, data mapping, and process documentation.
Experience with Salesforce, Sagitta, or insurance platforms is preferred.
