Job description

• Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to improve asset uptime
• Define and track reliability KPIs and metrics
• Optimize spare parts strategy and maintenance procedures
• Support reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement projects
• Contribute reliability input to capital projects and equipment design
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Document standards, procedures, and technical reports
