Job description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions following industry best practices.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and work with OpenAPI Specification (OAS) standards.
  • Implement modern concurrency patterns using Async/Await, Combine, and multithreading concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams.
  • Contribute to application architecture and design using patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, VIPER, and similar frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain reusable iOS frameworks/libraries and manage dependencies using Swift Package Manager (SPM).
  • Optimize applications for performance, memory utilization, responsiveness, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, pull request reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical discussions.
  • Implement automated build and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins and the Xcode toolchain.
  • Support application releases, deployment, and maintenance on the Apple App Store.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications for Apple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, iOS architecture patterns, networking, concurrency, and framework development, along with hands-on experience delivering applications through the complete software development lifecycle., * 3+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.

  • Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Solid understanding of Distributed Systems and mobile application architecture.
  • Hands-on designing and integrating REST APIs and OpenAPI Specifications (OAS).
  • Experience with Async/Await, Combine, and concurrent programming concepts.
  • Strong understanding of iOS architectural patterns including:
  • Experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM) and modular framework development.

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75000 - 80000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
