Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph\n
  • Typically requires BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant, additional experience in lieu of degree.\n
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master or Team Lead for a software development or similar technical team\n
  • Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, VersionOne)\n
  • Experience facilitating self-organizing teams to ensure each team is making progress against sprint commitments\n
  • Experience working with the Product Owner(s) and customer to determine priorities for sprint planning\n
  • Experience running test and deployment readiness reviews\n
  • Experience with continuous improvement as part of the Retrospective process\n
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\n, * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)\n
  • Prior experience as a JAVA/Python developer or tester\n
