ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

As a Senior Technical Consultant with Everforth GlideFast, you will develop, design, and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best-practice web programming techniques to configure robust client solutions, utilizing the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will operate independently while actively mentoring and supporting other Technical Consultants. You will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple products and processes, take a strategic role in product implementations, and consistently align your work with the broader project vision to drive meaningful, value-based outcomes for clients.

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow developer \n

• 1+year(s) in a consulting role, delivering software implementations preferable \n

• Experience as a developer on multiple ServiceNow CSM projects \n

• 3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, or other additional products) \n

• Expertise with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API’s \n

• Working proficiency in the following skills are encouraged: \n

• Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge \n

• Practical knowledge or experience with Operating Systems (Linux, Windows) \n

• Thorough knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports \n

• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) \n

• Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies \n

• Experience with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell l \n

• Strong consultative skills with software service delivery to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models \n

• Strong knowledge in ITIL foundations with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies is required \n

• Thorough working knowledge in IT Operations Management or IT Service Management is critical

• Deliver high-quality consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow \n

• Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development \n

• Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required \n

• Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software \n

• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, UI scripts \n

• Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues \n

• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as required \n

• Participate in scrum ceremonies \n

• Deliver measurable results within the appropriate timeline resulting in positive customer feedback \n

• Perform code review of peers as needed \n

• Work independently and actively support other Technical Consultants as mentor and team lead \n

• Lead sessions in implementation practices \n
