Oracle EBS R12 Procurement Techno-Functional Consultant

Must have at least 10+ years of implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications in Procurement Area Must have at least 3 full life cycle Oracle R12implementation experience with different clients Oracle Procurement in the following modules: Purchasing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Inventory, Receiving, Cross track Integration Knowledge related to ASCP, Manufacturing, HR, OM & Logistics Hands on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of the SDLC solutions Design Identifying, writing & managing business requirements, Leading fit-gap analysis, As-IS and To-Be business process designs Build/Configuration Functional & technical designs Data Conversion - Functional Training CRPs & End User Testing Unit, SIT & UAT Deploy Support Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects. Team player - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Strong understanding of business processes & hands on experience Procure to Pay, Outside Processing, Planning, Direct & Expense purchasing, Drop shipment Effectively manages scope and expectations Follows through and takes ownership of issues Communicates clearly and effectively Displays effective analytical, creative & problem-solvingskills 80% Functional and 20 % Technical Knowledge Familiar with third party systems like EDI, Aventx Experience working with Super Users & End users Proven Experience with Data conversion (Migration from Legacy ERP to Oracle R12) Design and build Custom Oracle RICE components and unit testing. Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle applications in the e-Business suite. Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment. Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new functionalities, technologies and processes targeting improved bottom line for the organization. Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs. Experience in the creation, managing and resolution of Oracle SRs with Oracle Support.
