ServiceNow Discovery Developer

Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Discovery. Expertise with MID Server configuration, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CMDB health. Experience discovering and managing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform cloud resources within ServiceNow CMDB. Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation and tooling. Ability to troubleshoot Discovery performance, credential issues, and infrastructure integrations. Experience with cloud infrastructure concepts, networking, and AWS services. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI tools, GenAI coding assistants). ServiceNow Discovery certification required. AWS experience preferred. Expectations:

Candidates will work closely with the ServiceNow engineering team supporting enterprise solutions hosted primarily on AWS.
