Provide technical and functional expertise for complex enterprise applications and systems. \n
Design, develop, enhance, and support applications within distributed N-tier architectures. \n
Perform hands-on technical design, coding, troubleshooting, and integration activities. \n
Coordinate application development activities and provide technical guidance to development teams. \n
Work with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and determine appropriate system modifications or enhancements. \n
Develop and maintain technical documentation for complex applications and solutions. \n
Identify and implement development standards, best practices, and quality improvements. \n
Integrate diverse technical environments, platforms, and enterprise systems. \n
Develop and support applications that integrate with statewide and other enterprise systems. \n
Work with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, VB, ADO.NET, WCF, SQL, and database technologies. \n
Support applications that interact with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases. \n
Contribute to ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence solutions. \n
Collaborate with executive-level business users, technical experts, and other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues. \n
Serve as a technical SME for specialized technologies and complex implementations. \n
Support large-scale, complex enterprise systems throughout the application lifecycle. \n

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior .NET Technical SME with extensive experience designing and developing complex enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server/Oracle, ETL, WCF, and SOA, along with experience working in large, distributed enterprise environments., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \n

15+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies in distributed/N-tier architectures. \n
11+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET. \n
Strong experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases. \n
Experience with Visual Studio 2010+ and .NET Framework 2.0-4.6.2. \n
Experience with C# and VB.NET. \n
Strong experience with ADO.NET. \n
Experience with WCF and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). \n
Strong ETL experience with Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence platforms. \n
Experience preparing complex technical documentation. \n
Experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end/back-end programming technologies. \n
Experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM. \n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
Proven experience working on large, complex enterprise implementations and systems., * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
