Job description

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to own and optimize our global web presence, including the corporate website and regional market sites. This role combines website strategy, design, development, user experience, SEO, and performance optimization to ensure our websites effectively support brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on website designer and developer with deep expertise in HubSpot CMS. They will lead the redesign, development, and ongoing management of our corporate website, partnering with marketing leadership to translate business requirements into a high-performing, scalable digital experience. This individual will bring their own design and development expertise while collaborating closely with stkeholders to deliver an exceptional user experience and measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the global corporate website and seven regional websites, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Oversee all web content updates, new page development, and quality assurance (QA) testing.
  • Build and optimize campaign landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
  • The developer should also be well-versed in mobile responsive design, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Proactively make recommendations for SEO & AEO optimizations, lead capture forms, and conversion workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance the CMS and website platform (HubSpot) to ensure peak performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Track and analyze website analytics using HubSpot and other tools to identify traffic trends and conversion opportunities.
  • Measure and evaluate sources of traffic to inform strategy and channel investment.
  • Design, test, and deploy A/B experiments through HubSpot to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate global and regional content publishing, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of website development and management experience.
  • Strong expertise with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HubDB, APIs, custom integrations, and website optimization.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites in HubSpot CMS; WordPress experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, and modern front-end best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-site web environments and global website operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, website performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and digital performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, demand generation, or digital marketing environments preferred.
  • WordPress development experience, including PHP and custom theme development, is a plus.

Benefits & conditions

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position and participate in E-Verify for work authorization.
