Job description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support daily operations and modernization efforts across a large enterprise infrastructure environment. This role will focus on server administration, Azure cloud adoption, network support, user administration, and enterprise systems management, and will be expected to participate in on-call rotation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting enterprise Windows environments, cloud-based infrastructure, and operational support activities while serving as a technical resource for escalations and ongoing infrastructure initiatives. The pay range for this role is $29-$34/hr.

Key Responsibilities * Support daily operations and administration of enterprise infrastructure * Manage and maintain Windows servers and related systems * Perform user account administration and access management * Assist with ongoing Azure migration and cloud modernization initiatives * Support network-related troubleshooting and operational activities * Resolve escalated infrastructure and systems issues * Participate in an on-call support rotation * Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure system reliability and performance * Maintain documentation and operational procedures

Requirements

4-7+ years of Systems Administration experience * Experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure * Familiarity with Azure environments and cloud-based technologies * Windows Server administration experience * Active Directory and user administration experience * Network support and troubleshooting experience * Experience supporting daily IT operations in an enterprise environment * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders * DevOps experience * Public cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) * Infrastructure automation or scripting experience * Experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise environments * Microsoft or cloud-related certifications
