3+ years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, or technical consulting role at a SaaS company \n
-
Legal technology experience strongly preferred - hands-on work with Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CASEpeer, Salesforce, or similar case management platforms \n

Familiarity with plaintiff-side litigation workflows (mass tort or personal injury a plus): intake, case management, plaintiff fact sheets, settlement administration \n
-
Comfort explaining technical concepts - APIs, integrations, data migration, security - to non-technical audiences \n
-
Strong demo and presentation skills; you’re confident in front of decision-makers \n
-
Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple client conversations at different stages \n
-
Bonus: experience with Salesforce administration or configuration (Litify is built on Salesforce) \n
Benefits & conditions
n
-
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective and current clients \n
-
Run product demos and technical presentations during the sales process, tailored to how mass tort firms actually operate \n

Scope technical requirements during pre-sales and hand off cleanly to implementation \n
-
Support onboarding and implementation teams on technically complex accounts \n

-
Build demo environments, technical documentation, and FAQ resources that make the sales team more effective \n
