Job description

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer with experience testing software applications used in the telecommunications industry.

Requirements

n \n

2+ years of experience in Software QA / Software Testing \n
Experience testing software applications, preferably within telecommunications, communications, networking, or a related technology environment \n
Hands-on experience with mobile application testing on Android and/or iOS \n
Experience with web and backend testing \n
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software defect lifecycle \n
Experience with Jira or a similar defect tracking system \n
Ability to analyze application, device, and server logs \n
Working knowledge of Linux \n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills \n
Ability to follow an issue through an end-to-end software workflow and help identify root cause \n
Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools \n
Strong communication skills and ability to work with software development and product teams

Work closely with Software Development, Product, Delivery, and QA teams \n
Help identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automated testing \n
Track QA metrics including test progress, coverage, defects, and release quality \n
Communicate testing results, risks, blockers, and overall quality status \n
