Technical Project Manager - M&A IT Integration

1. Integration Execution & Technical Delivery

? Scope Management: Lead end-to-end execution across four core IT tracks: ? IT Infrastructure: Unification of networks, Servers, storage, identity management (Active Directory/Entra ID), end-user computing and cloud services. ? Data Migration: Oversee secure, compliant and zero-loss data transfers across Legacy environments to target systems. ? Application Portfolio Integration: Rationalize and integrate core enterprise and laboratory software applications. ? Legacy Decommissioning: Plan and execute safe decommissioning, data archiving and hardware disposition for Legacy IT infrastructure. ? Team Coordination: Direct and empower a multidisciplinary local team of technical specialists and external consultants.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

? Executive Presentations: Deliver high-impact status reports, steering committee updates, risk mitigation decks, and executive briefs.

? Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including master integration plans, data governance mapping, architecture diagrams, RAID logs, and post-decommissioning compliance records.

? Ambiguity Management: Drive clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous post-transaction environments, quickly prioritizing key operational milestones.

1. Site & Operational Coverage

? Maintain a regular 5-day on-site presence at the primary Maxim site.

? 8+ years of technical project management experience, with a proven track record leading M&A IT integrations or complex infrastructure harmonizations.

Industry Expertise -

Direct experience within Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Biotech, or Medical Devices. Familiarity with GxP, data integrity standards, and regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.

Technical Competence -

Deep domain understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, hybrid cloud, data centers), enterprise application migration frameworks, and Legacy IT sunsetting processes.
