Summer 2027 - Systems Engineering in Westminster

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), or PhD program in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Software), Physics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited university.
• Targeting rising juniors or seniors with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Practical experience working with space systems through coursework, internships, clubs, or research.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who works well with cross-functional groups and adapts quickly to changing priorities., * Experience with systems engineering tools and methodologies, such as requirements flow-down, interface control, system budgets, or validation planning.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML) is a plus.
• Participation in student design teams, such as CubeSat, rocketry, or aerospace competitions.
• Exposure to hardware/software integration or system-level testing.
• Aerospace or defense industry experience is a bonus.
