Job Description ERP Senior Developer (Oracle EBS) Location: Kansas City, MO (Local Candidates Preferred - this role requires onsite) Job Type: Contract Employment Authorization: Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Developer to support and enhance enterprise Oracle ERP systems within a large-scale engineering and construction environment. This role will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, with a focus on Oracle Financials and related business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle development expertise, deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, and experience delivering complex ERP solutions that support Finance, Procurement, HR, and Supply Chain operations. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Oracle EBS R12 solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Customize and enhance Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Develop integrations between Oracle ERP and internal/external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Create and maintain Oracle Workflow solutions and approval processes.
• Develop reports and analytics using BI Publisher and Oracle Reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for ERP applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Perform code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and deployment support.
• Participate in ERP modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 development experience.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Strong experience with Oracle Workflow.
• Experience developing and supporting Oracle APIs and ERP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Experience with ERP customization, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
