Job description

Role: Java Full Stack Lead, * Lead full-stack application development initiatives.

Define architecture and technical solutions.
Guide development teams through design and implementation.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Drive best practices across software development lifecycle.

Requirements

15+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development.
Hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
Strong proficiency in Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
Expertise in system design, application architecture, and solution delivery.
Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
