Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC / SD Consultant to join our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution design, configuration, and implementation across SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This is a remote-first opportunity with eventual client travel to Raleigh, NC. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit/AR integration. * Configure, customize, and optimize SAP SD and AR modules to meet specific business and client requirements. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical designs. * Design, test, and support interfaces, enhancements, reports, and data conversions across the OTC domain. * Troubleshoot complex functional issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions during testing and go-live support phases. * Prepare clear technical/functional documentation, business process flows, and end-user training materials.
Requirements
Primary Skill: Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant (Sales & Distribution). * Expertise in core Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and cross-functional integration with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Finance (FI). * Proven track record in SAP project lifecycle activities (blueprint/design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with remote and global teams. “
