• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers and related infrastructure \n

• Support web servers, COTS applications, monitoring tools, security tools, and CI/CD environments \n

• Monitor infrastructure health and assist with resolving system and application issues \n

• Support virtualization, networking, load balancing, DNS, firewall, and related infrastructure components \n

• Perform application and infrastructure upgrades and configuration changes \n

• Support Disaster Recovery and Technology Lifecycle Management activities \n

• Develop and maintain PowerShell or command-line scripts to automate routine administrative tasks \n

• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, procedures, and configuration records \n

• Participate in change management and infrastructure deployment activities \n

• Collaborate with developers, architects, DBAs, SMEs, and security teams to troubleshoot and support infrastructure environments \n

• 5-7 years of System Administration experience \n

• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Servers \n

• Experience supporting operating systems, hardware, virtualization, networking, and related infrastructure technologies \n

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, and DNS \n

• Working knowledge of virtualization, load balancers, networking, DNS, and firewalls \n

• Experience upgrading, configuring, and supporting COTS applications \n

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools \n

• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) \n

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Windows command line, or similar scripting languages \n

• Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and collaboration skills \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field \n, * Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools and environments \n

• Experience using scripting and automation to improve infrastructure administration \n

• Experience working with software development, database, architecture, and security teams \n
