Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ Years in IT-related documentation and visual communication
- 3+ Years of hands-on Technical Writing experience
- 3+ Years experience with MS SharePoint management
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Expertise in creating process flows, diagrams, and style-compliant documentation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in Government / Public Sector environments
- Experience writing RFPs or Advanced Planning Documents (APDs)
- Familiarity with Agile / LEAN methodologies or BizAgi
