Job description

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of UX/UI design expertise and front-end development skills, with the ability to translate design concepts and prototypes into high-quality, scalable web applications.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to create seamless user experiences and ensure consistency across digital products., * Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces.

  • Translate UX/UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes into production-ready front-end applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns.
  • Ensure consistency with established design systems, UI standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Develop responsive interfaces that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Conduct usability analysis and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
  • Convert business and user requirements into effective UX/UI solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs.
  • Review existing applications and recommend improvements to user experience and visual design.
  • Maintain design documentation, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot UI issues and collaborate with developers to resolve front-end problems.
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, design methodologies, and front-end technologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, UI engineering, front-end development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles, UI design, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
  • Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and UI/UX standards.
  • Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG.
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
  • Experience creating or contributing to design systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility tools and accessibility testing.
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research.
  • Experience with UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Storybook or similar UI component development tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
