• Expert in developing applications using ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, optimizing performance, and managing databases.
• Familiarity with LIMS workflows and lab workflows is a plus.
• Object-oriented design, design patterns, and programming using C#
• Familiarity with using continuous integration as part of the development process
• Familiarity with Subversion/GIT for source control
• Experience working with Agile software development techniques (Scrum)
• Ability to create rich client interfaces that ensure user-friendly software
• Robust code control and change control procedures
• Strict adherence to accepted security standards and best practices

Education: The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft ASP.NET Web development is required.
• 3+ years of projessional experience with the following: Microsoft Visual Studio, C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, OO programming, Microsoft SQL Server; Stored procedures/Transact-SQL; SQL Server Reporting Services; HTML/CSS; JavaScript; and JavaScript libraries (jQuery).
