Salesforce Specialist - Remote

We are engaging Salesforce Specialists to contribute expert knowledge and practical experience to a customer project focused on real-world Salesforce workflows. You’ll apply your Salesforce expertise to complete and review workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems. Responsibilities

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce.
• Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.
• Manage, organize, and validate CRM data accurately.
• Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases.
• Document the steps required to complete different Salesforce workflows.
• Review workflows and provide feedback based on practical Salesforce experience.
