Decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions., * Assigns and performs project tasks for Framework development: Design robust scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or REST Assured. Include testing, debugging, and deployment support to project team members. \n

• Provides OOTB validation: Test standard product lifecycle flows, lifecycle states, and access control rules. \n

• CI/CD integration: Embed automated tests into deployment pipelines via Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. \n

• Team leadership: Mentor global QA engineers, assign tasks, and review automation scripts. \n

• Reviews teamwork work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet clients’ requirements. \n

• Defect tracking: Coordinate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues found during test execution \n

• Strong PLM Domain knowledge \n

• Should have experience in CAD Data Management in Windchill with different CAD software like Creo, AutoCAD, etc. \n

• Have executed at least 3-5 implementation projects as test automation Architect \n

• Understand database systems.

• Knowledge of quality processes and their implementation. \n

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. \n

• Good knowledge of Windchill Product suites \n

• Strong communication skills \n, * 5 to 8+ years’ experience in QA with a strong focus on enterprise PLM and Windchill. \n

• Technical stack: Proficiency in Java or Python for automation scripting. Strong in Windchill Solution Designing. \n

• Domain knowledge: Deep understanding of Windchill data models, OOTB workflows, and standard roles. \n

• DevOps exposure: Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD tools \n

• Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments \n

• You will lead one or more work streams and the corresponding Services teams for consulting, implementation, deployment, and adoption. \n

• You will plan work streams and assign tasks to project members. \n

• You will review work stream deliverables to ensure that they are accurate and meet the defined quality. \n

• You will collaborate with the Program / Project Manager and provide reports about the work stream(s). \n

• You will represent teams in project governance activities: Provide risk assessment information and recommendations. \n

• You will lead the automation strategy: Build and scale test frameworks specifically for Windchill environments. \n

• You will lead the Prioritization of OOTB features: Test core capabilities like PDMLink, MPMLink, and Document Management natively. \n

• You will Drive regression testing: Automate routine validations to support frequent or major system upgrades. \n

\n, The base salary range for this position is $123,380- $139,235 annually. Actual compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position would have comprehensive benefits & 401K with employer match.
