Job description

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your knowledge to guide large projects, securing operational excellence while fostering elevated client interactions and strategic advising. Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Econometrics

  • At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, econometrics, data science, or software engineering

  • Master’s Degree in Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science preferred
  • Experience leading teams in AI/ML or data-driven solutions
  • Designing and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows
  • Building and deploying advanced machine learning models
  • Background in DevOps/DataOps for AI systems
  • Operating in regulated environments with model risk management
  • Contributing to business development and technical sales support
  • Excelling in communication and leadership skills

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
