Job description

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration and ETL solutions. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into enterprise data warehouses and data platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica.

  • Develop complex Informatica mappings, mapplets, workflows, and sessions.
  • Extract data from multiple source systems and load data into target databases and data warehouses.
  • Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and integration.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL specifications.
  • Develop reusable ETL components and follow coding and development standards.
  • Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
  • Work with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
  • Support deployment of Informatica code across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Prepare technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
  • Participate in data migration and data warehouse projects.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development.
  • Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge.
  • Experience with data warehouse and ETL development.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
