Google Workspace Implementation Lead

Leads migration/deployment, configure services (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.), configures users/security (IAM, DNS, policies), integrates with other systems, and trains users, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal use. Incumbent will lead a Pilot deployment to a small group of users, he/she will plan and execute Google Workspace rollouts, migrations from other platforms (like Office 365), and new feature implementations

· Project management · Technical expertise in cloud/email · Planning, Data migration · Setting up OUs, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), user provisioning, security auditing, and providing documentation. · Set up Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat, manage Organizational Units (OUs), DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and domain verification. · User & Security Management: Handle user provisioning, permissions, access controls, security policies, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). · Integration & Support: Integrate with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and third-party apps; provide ongoing technical support and documentation. · Experience with enterprise Google Workspace administration & migration. · Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP) and security (DMARC). · Proficiency in user management, security best practices, and IAM. · Experience with change management, training, and documentation. · Relevant Google Workspace certifications (beneficial). · Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
