Job description

Lead SAP EWM solution design and delivery across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions
Support global SAP deployments from design through go-live and post-launch support
Drive warehouse process improvements around inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery execution
Collaborate across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
Lead and mentor SAP functional teams while supporting enterprise transformation initiatives

Requirements

Deep SAP EWM expertise
SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
Full lifecycle deployment experience
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years SAP experience with deep EWM and logistics expertise is preferred or 2 full deployment cycles with application integration experience with (ShipERP, OTM , WCS).
Proven experience leading teams and supporting ERP or enterprise application implementations and migrations.
A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus, self-motivated, and internally driven
Ability to troubleshoot SAP issues and to coordinate with other process experts to resolve integrated issues
Naturally curious with a love of learning, and demonstrated application of new learning
