QA Tester / Quality Assurance Tester

• Position is On-Site Only; extension available based on budget.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Perform testing and debugging of new and existing application software.
• Design, execute, and automate API testing using XUnit and manual testing using Postman.
• Collaborate with developers and Platform Engineers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify, report, track, and prioritize defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and test automation.
• Develop and evolve test plans for complex applications.
• Deconstruct solutions into tests that optimize coverage and risk.
• Create trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy.
• Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionality., * End-to-end functional UI automation using modern tools such as Playwright.
• React framework and unit testing concepts using React Testing Library, Jest, or similar tools.
• Accessibility testing tools such as Andi and Axe dev Tools.
• Testing C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• API testing including API automation, .NET, and C#.
• Testing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Working with database systems like Postgres.
• Version control systems like Git.
• AWS services including AWS Lambda.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role., Current experience testing applications native to cloud on AWS Required 2 Years

Experience with AWS services including AWS Lambda Required 2 Years

Current experience with .NET unit testing frameworks Required 4 Years

Current experience with End-to-end functional UI automation such as Playwright Required 4 Years

Current experience with React framework Required 4 Years

Unit testing concepts with React Testing Library and Jest or similar tools Required 4 Years

Current experience with Andi and Axe dev Tools for accessibility or similar tools Required 4 Years Required 4 Years

Experience with testing C# Typescript/JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Required 4 Years
