- Lead end-to-end delivery of Vistex initiatives across business, technology, and partner teams.
- Build and maintain an integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and resource needs.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, RAID items, decisions, and executive status reporting.
- Drive governance forums, working sessions, status reviews, and timely escalation and resolution.
- Lead Vistex implementation, upgrade, migration, remediation, stabilization, and enhancement activities.
- Coordinate delivery across rebates, chargebacks, pricing agreements, incentive programs, Recharge solutions, calculation buckets, and IP-to-bucket conversion.
- Ensure Vistex plans and milestones align with the SAP S/4HANA modernization roadmap and enterprise go-live needs.
- Drive clear ownership, sequencing, entry and exit criteria, and closure of delivery gaps.
- Partner with business leaders, SAP functional teams, integration teams, data teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Facilitate decision-making and translate technical issues into business impact, options, and recommendations.
- Build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities and maintain accountability for commitments.
- Manage vendor performance, deliverables, dependencies, and escalations.
- Identify cross-workstream risks and dependencies affecting testing, mock cycles, data validation, cutover, and go-live.
- Create mitigation and recovery plans, monitor them to closure, and escalate early when leadership intervention is required.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, mock conversion activities, and production readiness.
- Support cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.
Requirements
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Project Manager to lead critical Vistex initiatives within the broader SAP S/4HANA Modernization Program. This role will drive planning, coordination, and execution across Vistex Recharge, chargebacks, customer rebates, calculation buckets, IP-to-bucket conversion, SAP integration dependencies, testing readiness, cutover, and business stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate combines recent, hands-on Vistex implementation leadership with strong enterprise project management discipline, executive communication skills, and the ability to apply a business lens to complex delivery decisions.

- Recent leadership of an end-to-end Vistex implementation, upgrade, or major transformation.
- Experience with Vistex rebates, chargebacks, pricing, incentive administration, Recharge, or calculation bucket capabilities.
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including Order-to-Cash and Finance integration points.
- Experience with integrated planning, RAID management, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Ability to lead cross-functional, global, and vendor-supported teams in a complex enterprise environment.
- Executive communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-driving skills.
- Ability to operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and maintain a bias toward execution.
- Preferred: industry experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or distribution.
- Preferred: experience supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Preferred: direct experience with Vistex or a recognized Vistex implementation partner.
- Preferred: PMP, Agile, Scrum, or comparable professional certification.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
