Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in San Antonio, TX., * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, systems, security, and vendor partners
- Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and track action items through completion
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage project communications with technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Support change management, implementation planning, testing, and production readiness activities
- Monitor project progress and proactively escalate roadblocks or concerns
- Drive accountability among stakeholders and project team members to ensure successful delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality
Requirements
- PMP certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid project delivery environments
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, storage, cloud platforms, or data center environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build productive relationships across technical and business teams
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
