-
Make topics such as data governance, data quality and Master Data Management simple and relevant to business users.
-
Work closely with technology and data teams to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
-
Help improve data quality at source by tackling the causes of poor data, not just fixing the symptoms.
-
Build understanding of how data moves between systems and the wider impact of changes.
-
Develop and deliver engaging communications, workshops and training.
-
Identify resistance to change and work with teams to build adoption.
-
Track progress and help the organisation improve its data maturity over time.
Requirements
Youâll combine data knowledge with strong communication and change skills.
Youâll be someone who:
-
Can make complex data concepts easy to understand.
-
Is confident working with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

-
Enjoys presenting, facilitating workshops and coaching others.
-
Is comfortable challenging existing ways of working.
-

-
Builds relationships easily and can bring people together around a common goal.
Experience in areas such as data governance, data quality, data stewardship, MDM, transformation, organisational change, stakeholder engagement or enterprise systems would be valuable.
You donât need to be a technical expert, but you should be comfortable discussing data architecture, integrations, APIs, data models and data flows with technical teams.
