Digital Content Project Manager

50-60/hr This person will support digital content and customer communication initiatives, with a focus on RCS and other messaging channels such as SMS and email. They will manage projects through an Agile environment, coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and business teams, track timelines and priorities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate is a strong digital project manager who understands content and customer communications and can keep multiple cross-functional initiatives organized and moving forward.

5+ years of digital project management, content project management, or similar experience Experience working with RCS (Rich Communication Services), SMS, email, or other digital customer communications/messaging channels Strong experience working in an Agile environment Experience leading or participating in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming Experience managing digital content or customer-facing digital projects from planning through delivery Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, timelines, and project roadblocks Direct RCS experience Experience within telecommunications Experience supporting UX/CX, Product Design, or digital product teams Experience with Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration tools Knowledge of user-centered design processes Day-to-Day
