Job description
As a software engineer for Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for designing, developing, and testing software related to our TACDS products in the Crypto & Cross Domain Solutions group.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree, plus 6 years relevant experience., Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required., We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Software development, debugging, and testing., * Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle
- Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to secure buy-in on concepts and ideas

- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
- Linux application development experience
- Experience with SELinux
- Experience with Embedded Linux. VxWorks, RTOS, CDS, ESXi, or YOCTOL
- Experience with Git and GitLab
- Proficient in C/C++, C#, Java, Python, or Rust
- Experience with BASH, sed, awk
- Team oriented, personally driven, fast-paced environment
