Security Consultant 6 Month Contract £700 Per Day via Umbrella

Our client are hiring for a Security Consultant within the Governance, Risk & Compliance function. Our client is a leading telecoms provider. What you will be doing:

• Build, implement and mature security governance frameworks
• Develop and maintain security policies, controls and standards
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance activities
• Manage governance, compliance and risk activities
• Security service provider and managed security service oversight
• Security strategy and leadership support
• Security architecture input and security control improvement
• Threat intelligence and horizon scanning
• Business continuity, resilience and risk management support
• Handle security-related business requests and stakeholder actions

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong ISO 27001 experience
• Strong SOC2 experience
• Security governance and compliance background
• Experience implementing frameworks rather than maintaining them
• Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Experience driving actions through to completion
