· Support SailPoint platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, disaster recovery activities, and operational maintenance.

· Develop automation scripts and custom components using Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python, and SailPoint development frameworks.

· Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives through reporting, certification campaigns, evidence gathering, and remediation activities.

· Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, workflow diagrams, operational procedures, and support materials.

· Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure effective identity governance and access management practices.

Requirements

· 7+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, customization, integration, and administration.

· Strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), IAM concepts, and identity lifecycle management processes.

· Experience implementing provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, entitlement management, and role management solutions.

· Strong knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), RBAC, SSO, MFA, and related identity security concepts.

· Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, web applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

· Strong development experience using Java, Beanshell, REST APIs, web services, and SailPoint customization frameworks.

· Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation and administration.

· Knowledge of audit, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to identity management.

· Experience planning and executing SailPoint upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancement initiatives.
