Job description
We’re seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, and testing of mission-critical systems in a SCIF environment. You’ll contribute to requirements analysis, develop technical documentation, and support prototype development while working directly with Government stakeholders on high-priority national security missions.
Primary Responsibilities

Assist in developing system requirements, specifications, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs) based on stakeholder engagement

Support functional analysis, interface definition, and development of data-flow diagrams and system design artifacts
-
Contribute to integration and testing efforts following NSA Test and Evaluation policies; develop test plans and analyze results

Assist with configuration management, troubleshooting, and implementation of system changes

Support development of Interface Control Documents (ICDs), XML schemas, and metadata models
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) with no experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics plus 1 year of relevant systems engineering experience

For non-ABET programs: degree must include differential and integral calculus plus 5 of 18 specified technical areas*
-
Active TS/SCI/polygraph clearance required

Ability to work in a SCIF environment

Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as mission requires
