Job description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems utilizing Python, PySpark, and AWS cloud services.
- Design and implement database queries, mathematical models, and algorithms to support processing-intensive analytics and large data sets.
- Lead technical development efforts and collaborate across the entire software development lifecycle., * Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications.
- Design, code, and test new software solutions and enhance existing applications.
- Implement cloud-native data processing workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Develop and implement algorithms using scientific analysis and mathematical models.
- Debug existing software, correct defects, and optimize system performance.
- Design and implement complex database and data repository interfaces and queries.
- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components.
- Serve as a technical team lead and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Write and review comprehensive software and system documentation.
Requirements
- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 7+ years
- Total Compensation: $244k+ yearly
