Data Scientist

• Research, define, prototype, develop, and put AI-based solutions into production.
• Build rapid proofs of concept with tools such as Streamlit.
• Define evaluation metrics and contribute to the assessment of expected ROI.
• Develop Machine Learning solutions for forecasting, demand prediction, best-seller anticipation, stock-out prevention, assortment planning, and product allocation.
• Contribute to projects involving Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
• Work with large volumes of data and Big Data technologies.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Advanced Analytics teams.
• Apply testing, automation, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
• Use AWS services and cloud-based technologies to develop, deploy, and maintain Data Science solutions.

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning
• 2 years of hands-on experience developing in Python
• Strong experience with forecasting, time series analysis, demand prediction
• Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, neural networks, model architectures, and evaluation methods
• Experience using and deploying TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience taking Machine Learning solutions from experimentation and prototyping through to production
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including AWS Cognito, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, and APIs
• Experience with Databricks, MongoDB, Apache Airflow, Amazon ECR, or Jenkins
• Knowledge of testing, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
• Experience using Streamlit
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion sector is a plus.
