Senior AI Engineer

Through this we will then follow to proceed to build the AI solutions within a timeframe, ensuring that through this process we are communicating with internal and external stakeholders on progress to make KPI. Within this role we are looking for someone who can execute this, with experience within private healthcare in the Uk predominantly. As our AI solution for healthcare is Clinic Genius Ai.

Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Hands on experience building Al or automation solutions agentic frameworks, LLM integration, workflow automation

• Practical experience with VAPI building, deploying, and refining voice agents

• Deep understanding of the voice Al landscape knows the difference between ElevenLabs, PlavHT. Deeparam automation.

• Practical experience with VAPI building, deploying, and refining voice agents
• Deep understanding of the voice Al landscape knows the difference between ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Deepgram, and when to use which; can evaluate latency, naturalness, and task completion to improve performance over time

• Working knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of UK GDPR not just awareness, but practical application within data sensitive, patient facing workflows
• Familiarity with UK private healthcare how practices operate, their compliance pressures, and their pain points
• Excellent communication skills comfortable presenting to non technical stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of a project end to end
