Job description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Integration Architect with deep experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations into ServiceNow.
  • The role focuses on CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, asset, discovery, and operational data integrations across complex, multi-domain environments.
  • Own the architecture and design approach for integrations between enterprise source systems and ServiceNow.
  • Define end-to-end integration strategies for platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM, and NetBox.
  • Design scalable integration patterns supporting CMDB, asset, event, monitoring, discovery, and operational use cases.
  • Define source-system ownership, data responsibilities, target CI models, reconciliation logic, and transformation standards.
  • Lead the technical design of secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations, including authentication, scheduling, retry handling, logging, monitoring, and support procedures.
  • Guide developers on implementation standards for APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, scripted integrations, and MID Server patterns.
  • Ensure rights separation, data segregation, and access control requirements are incorporated into integration architecture.
  • Assess source-data quality, completeness, consistency, and suitability for ServiceNow ingestion.
  • Define data mapping, payload transformation, normalization, duplicate prevention, and operational support processes.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore architects, process leads, platform owners, and infrastructure teams.
  • Deep architecture experience integrating multiple source systems into ServiceNow using APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, MID Server, event pipelines, and scheduled batch integrations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience integrating enterprise and operational platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, NetBox, Datadog, Active Directory, vCenter, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, and CI lifecycle management.
  • Ability to define source-of-truth principles, reconciliation rules, normalization strategies, and target data models.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of integration security, credential management, error handling, observability, performance tuning, and supportability.
  • Experience designing scalable integration architectures for multi-team and multi-domain ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, payload transformation, data quality controls, duplicate prevention, and operational run support.
  • Experience with domain separation, ACLs, rights segregation, and controlled access models.
  • Ability to work independently in an offshore environment while collaborating effectively with onshore architects and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in telecom, utilities, critical infrastructure, or other complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience integrating event, monitoring, and observability platforms with ServiceNow Event Management and CMDB.
  • Knowledge of OT network asset structures and service-impact relationships.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CMDB, CIS-ITSM, or IntegrationHub-related certifications.

Candidate Prerequisite

  • EU citizenship or a minimum of 7 years of residence/work experience within the EU.
