Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer

Work you’ll do

As the Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting

SailPoint IIQ development and implementation

Application Onboarding and support

Lifecycle Management

PAM Integration

Account Creation and onboarding

Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)

Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)

Effort estimation & project planning

Directing development resources assigned

Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues

Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.

Do you possess the following?:

Analytical problem-solving capabilities

Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight

Strong communication skills for employees above and below

Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)

Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance

SCIM API Experience

Web Services Connector Experience

Database (JDBC) Connector Experience

Strong BeanShell/Java

Certification and Access Review

Access Request Support

Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager

Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture

Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements; available for on-call 24x7 support, Analysis Skills, Communication Skills, Computer Security, Identify Issues, Incentive Programs, LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), Legal, Management of Information Systems/Technology (MIS), On Call, Onboarding, Problem Solving Skills, Project Estimates, Project Planning, Software Patches, Vendor/Supplier Management
