Systems Integration Lead

working. * Manage Systems Integration procurement, supply chain performance, quality and resource requirements. * Coordinate Systems Integrator surveying, design, commissioning and operational support activities. * Work closely with project management, design and commercial teams on programme, change, risk and opportunities. * Review ICA design deliverables including P&IDs, control philosophies, URS, FDS, instrumentation and telemetry schedules. * Provide technical oversight of control system architecture, SCADA, Profibus and package plant integration. * Ensure ICA activities, testing and commissioning requirements are fully incorporated into project programmes. * Manage and support FAT, SAT, software testing and commissioning activities. * Liaise with client operational teams, engineers and commissioning personnel to ensure requirements are understood and delivered. * Support existing treatment works surveys, migration planning and integration activities. * Ensure appropriate

Inspection and Test Plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place for Systems Integration works. * Support client technical submissions, specification clarifications and technical standard deviation requests. * Monitor progress, defects and delivery performance, providing regular reporting to senior project stakeholders. * Provide technical guidance and support to Systems Integration teams and contribute to their development. About You * Engineering qualification such as BEng, HNC or HND. * 5+ years’ experience within Systems Integration, Commissioning, ICA or a related engineering management role. * Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation and automation within a project environment. * Experience with Profibus, Fieldbus and fibre optic systems. * Understanding of SCADA, telemetry and control system architecture. * Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements within control and automation systems. * Experience working with Systems Integrators, subcontractors, suppliers and client engineering/operational teams. * Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills. * Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within programme-driven project environments. * CSCS certification is required.
